Platon Multi

Universal cavity drain membrane

Platon Multi is a 5 mm HDPE studded cavity drain membrane with high water vapour and chemcial resistance.

Platon Multi is a damp proofing and separating underlay for self-levelling, concrete or sand and cement screeds and dry board, laminate or wood strip floating floors on damp or contaminated concrete floors.

It can be installed regardless of the moisture content of the underlying concrete construction, therefore offering a fast track solution on new floors that require immediate moisture sensitive finishes to be laid immediately.

Any residual moisture in the underlying floor slab can travel in the air gap created by the studs and be vented into the room or externally at the floor/wall junction.

Screed with insulation (optional)

1. Domestic applications - min 50 mm reinforced sand & cement screed or 20 mm reinforced self-levelling screed. Industrial applications - min 75 mm reinforced sand & cement screed or 35 mm reinforced self-levelling screed.
2. Polystyrene or incompressible mineral wool (optional).
